What to expect now that
I've ordered:
You have received an E-mail invoice. Please print it out if
you haven't done so yet. Note down the invoice/order number for
future communication.
Your order has already been entered in our Order Processing
System. Local processing usually is usually accomplished the
next business day after you submit your order.
As published elsewhere on site, most orders usually ship
within 3 business days of processing*. We ship from multiple
locations within the USA. Local processing includes forwarding
yoru order to the proper warehouse or factory location for
final processing.
Within 24 hours of your order being placed in the UPS
system, you will be sent UPS tracking information if and
when it is made available to us. This is an
automated.#
Locally we use UPS and USPS for small shipping of small
items. Our suppliers/manufacturers use UPS, DHL and Fed-Ex
ground for delivery.#
Note: you already have a copy of your invoice if
you are reading this note. Then you will
not receive any more communcation from us
unless order tracking is made available from the
shipping agent. Unfortunately, this is usually not the case
with Q-Logic orders. We receive tracking 'after' you have
received your order.
You are welcome to send in an 'order status' request but the
standard answer is that your order is in transit. Sorry, but
that is the only truthfull update we normally can provide.
Just one final comment: We certainly appreciate your order
and trust. We have shipped thousands of orders each year and
have been doing so for a decade. Our system has proven to be
secure and dependable.
*Custom kick panel and subwoofer boxes are
exceptions. See our policy page for details on
custom orders. Just a reminder, you accepted these terms
before submitting your order.
Custom orders are ordered direct from the manufacturer
so conditions will sometimes differ from those shown above.
Manufacturers sometimes can take up to 3 or 4 days to ship
an order. Obviously we have no control of their processing
system. So Subwoofer box orders and kick panel orders can
take anywhere from 7 to 21 business days** for
delivery.
Most Q-Custom and Q-Forms ship direct
from the factory to the customer. MTX and ALL 'Loaded'
boxes must be shipped to our store location in NJ for
further processing and customer delivery which can add a
week to delivery times. Our local service and testing by
our technicians adds time to the overall
operation.
**what is a 'business
day?' ...standard work days of Monday thru Friday
with the exception of holidays.
#Most of our shippers do not
provide order tracking in a timely fashion. But when they
do, we further all tracking information as soon as it is
available. Sorry for any inconvenience but this has been
a trade-off for their direct service for years.
