The Image Dynamics ID v.3 Series subwoofers come in 8", 10" and 12"
models. For the dollar value, you can't go wrong with these subs.
The offer good sound quality and are available in dual 2 ohm or dual 4
ohm versions. Although low priced, these subs will outperform
other company's more expensive series subs with no problem.
The new ID v.3 subs do great in sealed, ported and bandpass
enclosures.
The Image Dynamics IDQ v.2 series subwoofers have been around a few
years now. They offer great Sound Quality and still are very
successful in competition. The feature SPL output and do so with
significantly smaller enclosures then their competition. They also
come in dual 2 ohm and dual 4 ohm versions to give you great flexibility
in installation.
It has been said that they IDQ series sub has no real competition at
it's price level.
The all new IDQ v.3 is not a replacement for the v.2 model. The
v.2 will continue due to its excellent record. Just ask any owner
for their opinion.
